Smiles

Life is crazy and chaotic and maddening and all of that, but there are smiles. Lots of smiles.
Here are a few things that have brought me some smiles lately, in no particular order:

Peter loves the neighbor's dogs, and he has begun sharing his popsicles with them.

Ryan and I celebrated 10 years with a quickie trip to Branson and enjoyed a quiet pig-out breakfast @ Silver Dollar City after sleeping in and not changing anyone's diapers.



We couldn't let a gorgeous, kid-free day at a lakeside resort get away from us without enjoying it at full speed. Smiles all around!



But, really, how could you not be excited to be home with kids who so creatively engage in bum washing?

I do have other kids, and they also make me smile, but I have no pictures this week to prove it.
